The rules for ХВ do not specify road settings for templates. When creating the regulations, I included parameters for roads based on established gaming practices.
Moreover, the parameters for roads were outlined in the voting thread, which started on October 9th. Until the start of the tournament (October 24th), I received no complaints from anyone.

In general, playing on fast roads is not prohibited; a clause has been added to the regulations: "3. By mutual agreement, players have the right to agree on other conditions."
