What are you eating right now?

Today, we prepared homemade Bolognese pasta. Although making homemade pasta takes about an hour in total (kneading the dough takes about 10 minutes, then it needs to rest for half an hour, and then it needs to be properly cut, which took about 30-40 minutes, and then cooked, which took about 5-7 minutes). Bolognese is easier to make; we already had some experience.
It turned out wonderfully; I only regret not taking any pictures.
