"THE ROAD TO OLYMPUS"

After all the restarts, including the technical one, I ended up with a really bad map, a weak army, no money, many obstacles on the road, and treasure blocks. Lots of enchanters blocked my way out at the sub-gate. I had Vokial and gathered some skeletons, but the hero was very weak and couldn't collect many skeletons on the swamp. I went into a treasure, but it was also a swamp. Luckily, I got a slow scroll, and with single slows, I could take a hive and a construct, Tazar took another construct, and I had a 3rd construct in my area. I went to the center at 127-131 with 11 angels, followed the road to AIS, and found more constructs. No topes anywhere, though, so I had a great army but no stats or control. I picked up many scrolls, one of them was TP, so I could move around better, but still no DD, even though I took many high-value boxes. The opponent appeared with wings in one of my treasures with a weaker army, so I attacked him. He surprised me with AOTD, but I had better stats and army.
