“Power of Necromancers” – an enhanced Necropolis.

Well... I've been planning to create a separate fix for the Necropolis hard mode for about six months now. I'll leave the abilities as they are, but lower the stats... But for now, I'm just feeling lazy.
And feel free to share your ideas... either in a private message or here... I'll consider them sooner or later anyway.
