The procedure is as follows:
You buy the disc: "Heroes of Might and Magic V"
version: 5.1.0! And under no circumstances should you buy versions 5.1.1, 5.1.2, or 5.1.3, as these are pirated versions, and patches may not be installed on them.
Install patch 5.1.4, download it here. (97.6 MB)
then patch 5.1.41. here (6.7 MB)
then patch 5.1.5 here (28.7 MB)
