How can we save the "Heroes" theme?

Still, I don't think splitting the forum is the solution. The problem of the Heroes theme fading into the background is that this theme is not inexhaustible. Almost everything that can be discussed about Heroes has already been discussed, hence the small number of new topics (and those are mostly tournament-related). If a new user creates a topic, for example, "GAMEPLAY TACTICS FOR SWAMP," the moderators close it and direct him to a similar topic created about a year ago, containing 15-20 pages of discussion (not everyone has the patience to read 15-20 pages, and after reading that much, they won't feel like writing anything themselves). So, we are ending up with something that is more like a library about Heroes than a forum where people communicate about the game. In my opinion, such duplicate topics should not be closed – it's better for new users to discuss the issues that interest them (and "experts" can offer advice if they have the time), rather than rehashing what the old-timers have already discussed.
