People paid for a full-fledged product, but they got this *a long list of all the unfinished parts and shortcomings*. A year has passed, and now there's no further support in sight. Next, suggest options for getting out of the situation – resume support and bring the project to completion, return the money, or make the project open-source and hand it over to the community to be refined with mods by skilled enthusiasts (I think this is the most likely way to get a decent game in the end).
