Well, they are generated in an external map editor. It takes a while, though. If you're interested, we can play them.

I know that they are generated in an external map editor. And I've already tried playing them online, but at some point (at least before patch 2.2.1), the game would crash when attacking neutral creatures. And there was no way to continue, no matter how hard we tried. Maybe a miracle happened with the release of the latest patch, but I highly doubt it.
