It is advisable to attach a save file to such questions. But in general, summoning a boat summons an existing ship from the map; if there are no free boats, it cannot be summoned. If you have an advanced or higher level of water magic, the ship is created out of nowhere.
Thank you, at least I understood about water magic, but it seems I didn't pay attention. The first one, without magic, at one location near the water in the Dungeon, when summoning a ship, it says that it fails; at the second location, it says that there is no space for the ship. How do I insert screenshots? Photos take up a lot of space, and files cannot be attached. [/QUOTE]

Or use a hero with advanced water magic, or build a shipyard in one of the port cities - for example, in Rampart, Troy in cell 32.70, and build a boat there.
What's the point of building a shipyard above, when a boat is needed in the Dungeon? Or are they somehow connected?
