I am replying to Ley, although I am responding to Kyle's post. If AmberSoler is creating the tasks, then he should definitely know the solution. Kyle checks the final save files and sees the player's final solution as well. So what? This is not a reason to exclude the organizers from the tournament. And what's the point of them putting in all this effort for us if they're not getting anything in return? It's enough that each player knows that, in addition to the final save file, they are not obliged to provide anything else for review (no descriptions, no additional save files) until they see the PRELIMINARY results. If they see that they have the same result as the organizers, then let them be the first to provide a description. And if your result turns out to be the best, then please provide everything that is requested of you within the rules. The fact that the organizer sees your final save file with the result means that he still needs to understand the essence of your playthrough and repeat it in order to achieve your result. But if the tournament ends, say, on May 30, and they are required to post the preliminary results the next day, then nothing prevents you from sending your final save file on May 30. It is very difficult to replay in one day and get your result (if it is the best) in one day. So I don't see any problems with this, except that the PRELIMINARY results should be posted the very next day after the official end of the tournament. This is a matter of honor for the organizers themselves.
PS. In addition, I personally am sure that the people who spend their personal time for free organizing tournaments and creating tasks for us will not engage in such nonsense as falsifying results. What's the point for them? Or do you think they organize the tournament only for the purpose of being the first, no matter what method they use to achieve their result? I don't rule out that they also want to get the best result, but they will only be satisfied if they achieve this goal in a fair way. That's my opinion.
