Multiplayer

Dear forum regulars! I appeal to your wisdom and ask for advice! The situation is as follows: my friends and I have never been able to play Heroes online. We've tried many things: Hamachi, Tunngle... We've watched a lot of guides, but few of them were helpful... The versions of Heroes are the same... Can you suggest anything? Surely you can give us some useful explanations, maybe something needs to be done with the ports...?
