It all started more or less normally, but the first week ended almost in failure. Having lost some gnolls over the week, 117 Dragon entered a throne-room dwarf nest on grass with 80 gnolls, 2 vivs, and some same-day units. It turned out to be a maxi; I barely scraped by with 27 gnolls, burning the timer and all my mana (casting mass shield and bless—it was impossible without them). The lack of a gnoll stack set back the tempo by 2 days. Instead of 121, I went to take 2 cons in the comp-castle zone 123. Troops were scarce; even with oil it was a struggle, resulting in 5 angels. By the end of the week, I gained momentum and took 2 decent Dragon Utopia from the treasure zone. Only 8 angels remained in the army; all the fodder was dead. However, 131 already had 10 archs and air control. At the time, the opponent appeared hopelessly stronger, and it seemed a 3rd party would be 100% necessary in the game. But after moving to another treasure zone, I discovered tons of zephyrs/hives there, another Dragon Utopia, and КЗ. In the end, by the end of the week, I seized the opponent's capital, while jumping back and forth and gathering more troops. Added to the 12 archs were nearly 50 monarchs, nearly 50 cyclops-kings, and КШ. 141 was saved; most likely Vova could only have won if I had accidentally dismissed or overwritten the main hero. But Vova ran out of time to finish me off. Thanks for the interesting games!
