I've already said that I wouldn't have supported the Silent Hill approach in this case, but when the "alleged" violation occurred – in my opinion, it didn't warrant a technical defeat, let alone a replay – the player Wowa took the game passwords and confirmed his defeat through technical means. By doing so, he agreed to the result. To put it another way, if player Wowa had saved the game during the violation and while talking to his opponent, and then contacted the tournament judges, he would have almost certainly avoided a technical defeat. :smile13:
