Whether it's a "bad" issue or not, the rules of HW were violated.
Therefore, the opponent has the right to post a win, which he did.
It's his own fault; he simply didn't think that playing with an 8100 rollback, even for Inferno, could lead to him being stuck deep in his own base until turn 126.
