YaR, I don't think Maretti, for example, is unaware of this feature. Sometimes there are valuable artifacts there, but not in a specific order, and often there isn't enough time to sort everything and give it to a scout. Another convenience would be if you could move items directly from one backpack to another or to the inventory of another hero in the meeting interface.
