Am I right in understanding that, let's say, you played a game for money based on your own agreement without any documented proof on the forum, and then I have to figure out who owes whom how much and when they will pay? No, I'm sorry, I have no desire to dig into other people's messes.

I can only ban if there was an agreement about a bet (prize pool) on the forum, and one of the participants did not fulfill their financial obligations.
