a prison with a fresh hero caught me off guard..
it would have been roughly an even fight with similar stats... something like this:
I had 3 green dragons, about 10 Wyverns, 3 nightmare horses.
he had nearly 150 skeletons, 5 firebirds, 1-2 angels, 3 psychos, 30 gargoyles, 50 lizards.
my lightning was at -200 almost, I had blind and 40 mana.
my stats were 6 5 7 7. well he had something similar, just Solmyr with a Centaur

The start was good, captured around 5 towns and 2 computers on the first island, placed firebirds in the Citadel.
They didn't want to level up Tazar with Luna normally, so I started leveling Tanta.
On the second island, I built a very awkward chain to get the external dwelling of firebirds on the swamp adjacent zone, but then the opponent runs out from the other side and stops at the starting zone. I buy Gurni, who reaches exactly to the prison, pull out the hero and cut down everything that moves, there was almost no army against my purchases from 3 Flax's (main and 2 towns) and a similar set of swamp towns.
