[ТУРНИР-HotA] Diamond Masters

Dear players, these complaints are starting to get annoying. There is a point in the organizational matters: 4. The regulations and rules of the tournament will not be changed after the registration period ends and during the tournament. After the tournament has started, I have not changed anything in the rules. Registration for the tournament lasted for 3 weeks - the regulations were formed immediately, and everyone has equal opportunities to familiarize themselves with them. If you had any suggestions, you should have voiced them before the start of the tournament! P.S. If both players agree to re-roll for 500 coins, go ahead and do it; you can even choose cities and colors by mutual agreement. But if either player does not agree to such actions, follow the rules of the regulations.
