We picked all restarts and surrender on luck.
Luck was good: on day 2 I killed the Castle computer, on day 121 I killed my own computer and bought out everything in its town... on day 123 a 3rd-level Griffin Conservatory drops. On day 124 a Dragon Fly Hive on 12 and a max Naga Bank, then the opponent appears... I grab another 2nd-level Griffin Conservatory with scout heroes and head toward the opponent, blocking the portal. On day 126 I see the opponent has killed the Flux computer and apparently got a power spike there, because a strong scout hero is showing in the tavern. I run into that respawn while picking up a Shield +4 with scout heroes along the way, and grab another max Naga Bank and a Dragon Fly Hive on 8 there.
A surrender follows.
