What are the three most important scientific and technological discoveries that have shaped human history?

A very interesting question. I would prioritize them as follows:
1 - Speech, otherwise humans wouldn't have become humans.
2 - The wheel, otherwise labor would be much more difficult.
3 - Writing, otherwise storing information would have become an insurmountable obstacle to development.
But when I was on an archaeological internship, I had other ideas.
So, the three greatest discoveries that changed the world:
1 - The bed!
2 - The bathtub!
3 - The toilet!
