I suggest the judges remove Alijvit from the table. And ban (and remove) Ajax.
Alijvit can be removed; you can simply mark all his results so that the table doesn't lose its visibility. But on what grounds should Ajax be banned? He has played more than half of the games; it's not his fault that the deadlines extend to the end of the year. Maybe he took a couple of months off to rest; there's nothing about that in the rules. This is why some participants drag out their games from tournament to tournament. Again, some players play weakly in the first part of the tournament, but then want everyone to play quickly with them at the end.
