If players want to, they will agree to a draw on day 5, and there will be no problems. Why ban draws if, for example, it benefits both players? They don't have time to play (they want to avoid an odd-numbered day and a loss), it's beneficial from a tournament perspective (it will help both players secure the desired position at the moment), or there may be other reasons... and they will be right. If a draw helps me take first place, I will agree to it at any time. And if my opponent also needs it, why pretend we're playing? Wouldn't it be more honest to agree on the draw and not post a fake report? If you want to fight against draws, make them less beneficial... Three points for a win, one for a draw, and players will start to think about whether it's worth agreeing to a draw or finding time to play.
