Could someone help me find it?

Hi everyone, it's been a while. I'll tell you a story. I remember buying a disk with the game Heroes of Might & Magic 4 or 5, installing it, and playing it with a first-person perspective (it definitely wasn't Might & Magic: 10...). It had a similar battle interface and so on. At the start, there's a village nearby, and you go there using the "w, s, a, d" keys, hire peasants with pitchforks, and then run around and fight (the battles are like in the real Heroes of Might & Magic, turn-based...). I also remember it being called a non-traditional game from the creators of Heroes... Help me find out what it's called; I just want to play it again...

You appear as in regular MMORPG games; there's a forest around, and characters stand nearby, like a "wolf" and so on. Around them, on the ground, there are yellow or red outlines (a boundary line; if you go in, they will attack you, and a battle will begin, like in Heroes). There's a village nearby; you go to it and recruit peasants with pitchforks. In short, it's almost the same as Heroes, but with a first-person perspective, like in an MMORPG. I can't find it on the internet; I've been searching for 3 days, in different ways. It seems like it was Heroes 4, 5, or 6... and it definitely wasn't Might & Magic, which has 4 characters...
