I wouldn't recommend installing two or more operating systems on a single partition. If you really want 4 Windows installations (but why, actually???), it's better to split the disk into 4 parts...
Added 37 minutes later In general, "I didn't read the first post, but I'm giving advice" - that's excellent logic!:D
There's a bad legend going around that having two Windows installations on a logical drive is supposedly bad. It's a lie. It's good. I've checked it many times in practice. If a newbie messes up one Windows installation, I boot into the second one. I revive the first one and move on! And if I'm far away, while I'm not here, he can work with the second Windows installation. And the warning during installation doesn't necessarily reflect reality; it's more related to licensing. But you can install valid Windows installations in any number! Why do some IT professionals lie about it not being good to install two Windows installations on a logical drive? Because they're too lazy to do double the work. They're just slacking off. But I'm not lazy. "wants 4 Windows installations (but why, actually???)" - For reliability. A newbie messes up one Windows installation. He boots into the second. He messes up the second - the third. He ruins the third - I arrive and restore the previous three from the fourth Windows installation. Do the work four times more, but then you can just relax and enjoy the results.)))
