NHF – new heroes for Heroes V 3.1.

A question arose: there are many heroes in the Asylum who used to belong to the Haven faction and then ended up in another. On the one hand, heroes can have different specializations, but on the other hand, it's still the same hero! It seems that such duplicate heroes need to be excluded. It would be strange to have a duel between Railag and Agrail, Biara and Saint Isabelle...
