Despite a rough start, on the first week I put Cavalry at the Citadel. On the second, I took a Pandora's Box with 15 Ogre Magi, a level-2 Griffin Conservatory, farmed 300 skeletons, and tacked on Angels. On the third, I built my home Griffin Conservatories, took 3 Dragon Utopias - they gave KZ, made Archangels, and pushed toward my opponent. But my opponent ran away from me, so I had to trudge over to the Rampart computer and build Dimension Door there. During the week I spent on the computer and building, my opponent didn't find anything worthwhile.
Thanks for the game!
And again a zero-out surrender. At home, 1 treasure chest of gold, there's a path into the underground for 20 Skeletons plus Cerberi, on the other side a portal blocked by a horde of Dragonflies, nothing worthwhile to buy, so I went out into an adjacent zone - there's a Dragon Utopia, which is nice, further on there's a path to the Rampart computer and the violet Inferno. There was no way to put Ducks until the end of the week, I ran around on upgraded Crocodiles and ones from the dwelling. The Rampart computer also destroyed a scout hero. There was no gold there either, and only +500 built. The Rampart computer had a powerful hero, I managed to beat him thanks to a scout hero with 50 mana, an Archer, and Oil. I set up 2 Marketplaces and Ducks, but with difficulty. On the second week, I can't say I got rich with gold, I just scraped by, scouted only 4 Dragon Utopias, fast roads, I could see from the stats and gold indicators that my opponent was ahead and I was afraid I wouldn't gather in time. My opponent dug up Gosh and started leveling right away. In the end, we both had Taz with Log and Gosh, but after Earth, Taz started getting random skills shoved at him, I had to take Resist and Scout, there was a strategy, Taz ended up with just 1 Earth Magic, while Gosh had perfect leveling. Anyway, my opponent revealed Archangels, and I started hurriedly gathering Dragon Utopias. I took all 4 and got from them: Gladius, Haste Hat 4 4, Resist Boots, Black Sphere, and All 2, and of course Redd's Hat, Boots for that same Hat, and a bit more junk. 2 out of the 4 Dragon Utopias were level 3, 1 level 2, 1 mini. Then my opponent came and started very quickly capturing castles along the fast roads. I went on the run, where I found not a single more Dragon Utopia, visited 2 Treasure Chambers with boxes, which only had experience. Anyway, it seems like there's nothing particularly special about not getting any decent chances to fight back, but it's been happening too often lately.
Thanks for the game!
