Sergei Mavrodi – Criminal or Genius?

What exactly is the question? Mavrodi is definitely a criminal. He violated both human laws and divine laws (if God exists, of course). Back then, it was no more difficult to deceive economically illiterate people who trusted television than it was to take a candy from a child. Do you call a mass swindle of kindergarteners for sweets genius??? It would be better to read the definition of this concept in a dictionary, and such actions are called something else entirely - "fraud on a particularly large scale."
