Sergei Mavrodi – Criminal or Genius?

By the way, I agree with Dark Mavr here. Chikatilo was a serial killer, and by definition, couldn't have had a well-developed brain. Mavrodi undoubtedly deserves respect for his thoughtfulness, but that doesn't mean he should be excused.
