I think if 8x12a is in the map, it's essential to play with one-way roads. Many reports mention that the road leading to the one-way road is blocked.

In my opinion, the highlight of this template is the one-way roads. Build your strategy around them, defend against respawns, and so on. So, I'm against changing it. Besides, if your road leads to a one-way road and it's blocked, the respawn area is usually large and rich.
