Sacred Haven of Debauchery

I suddenly remembered how, as a child, I was scared by a poster with a monster. Now I look at the cover of Iron Maiden's The Final Frontier and can't shake the feeling that that scary monster was Eddie. Although The Final Frontier was released much later than that scary poster, and I can't recall such images from earlier albums (except perhaps The X Factor, but that's unlikely). Well, Eddie himself is quite a handsome fellow.
