Regarding the time - of course, I would prefer 4 minutes... I usually finish in 3 minutes anyway... But 2 is okay, even if it's a bit short. And 1 minute is definitely too much! In general, I suggest agreeing on the turn time before the match. Let it be as convenient as possible for both opponents! Maybe one pair will be comfortable with 1 minute per turn, and another pair with 10. That's their business. And if the opponents have very different opinions, then use the average. So, I think we should simply set the time individually for each pair. I ask the respected organizers and participants to express their opinion!
