Is there an English version of EWA?

Downloaded the mod, installed it on the Steam version (which is in English). Downloaded the Russian localization, but it doesn't want to localize the game, it says that the game is not installed, because of this I can't play with the Russian language, how can I fix this?

Which mod - HoMM 5.5 or EWA?
For HoMM55, it needs to be installed in the Tribes of the East folder.
Before that, make sure Tribes of the East is version 3.1 (or 3.01).
