Sold the Castle and the color for 8500. Naively hoped to stop the Castle with this. Ended up in a scenario where I have 3 Devil dwellings and the income lined up easily, especially in Castle since Gog buildings were built immediately, and there are 2 Griffin Conservatories. The only thing is I had to work hard to take the dwellings, the guards were brutal. On turn 115, news of capitulation arrives. The Angels in the dwelling played on my side, respawning in a clutch manner. However, the analysis showed that I was also lucky here; most likely the battle would have been hopeless. The opponent has a couple of Angel dwellings, several Griffin Conservatories, and 3 Dragon Utopias. Almost everything is conveniently placed and all money issues are resolved... As a bonus, Boots of Speed on respawn. Everything would have been faster and richer than in my case. Dodged a bullet.
