RTF is a global modification that replaces all towns in the game.

What stage is the mod development at?

Right now, I'm trying to add a new tail to the Coatl + then a new version of RTF_fix will be released. With this mod, I've already completed the Demon campaign and several scenarios, and there are no major bugs, only some animations for certain heroes and creatures don't work in cutscenes.
And I also made a Death Knight on a live horse (I already posted it). You'll be able to use it to create Paladins or any other mounted knights with swords.
