I know that Stefan ALWAYS plays without save/loads (unless they are officially allowed within the tournament rules).
I'm okay with that; I used to play in tournaments without save/loads myself, but now I prefer to ask my opponent if they will use them and how many, to avoid such posts.
With some opponents, I don't even ask – we play without save/loads, period (for various reasons).
If no agreement was reached with Stefan regarding save/loads, then I personally consider these complaints (or dissatisfaction) to be inappropriate, especially from a tournament judge.

I've lost countless games in this tournament due to various misclicks or simple mistakes. I take it as: if I messed up, then I have to deal with the consequences, even if it means losing; next time, I'll be more careful. Besides, it's just a game.

P.S. So much has already been written and rewritten about this. It's strange that this topic is resurfacing.
