How do I create a new tournament?

How about a league instead of a tournament... that is, everyone plays against everyone else, with about 10-12 people. And without any obvious weak players, and so that people can get organized over time!!!
I agree, and with your help, I'm willing to organize it. We'll discuss the rules, refine the regulations... it will be awesome. The only problem is that we need suitable maps... that's the catch.

-Maps? We'll find them, we'll ask people who know!!!...
-League? YES!!! We've already discussed this with Mr. lopetos... it will be a spectacle)
-Awesome is awesome... but another online event is starting soon... so I think it's best to start no earlier than mid-summer...
-Weak players? Well, they'll be there anyway... but the main thing is that they don't ruin the games. I suggest rescheduling games in advance to an earlier or later date, but with a good reason (vacation, work, unexpected problems)

P.S. I once wanted to organize a tournament, but something unusual, and not alone, but I decided to postpone this idea for a while, because I'm not experienced and I don't have enough time ;) ;) ;) is that okay?:D
