“Two Seasons: Summer-Autumn 2016” Tournament. Online games for rating (reports, discussions).
I spread out, leveled up four heroes to 15+ and an Earth expert, including a Necromancer, and scraped together 575 skeletons. I also got 60+ Vampires, and foolishly lost 4 Angels – 2 remained. I have 70+ Swordsmen. Valeska took all the Air early on and, by turn 141, gained full control. We took castles from each other, and the final battle took place in my capital, with Kirre locked inside. We were evenly matched in terms of stats, but I had an advantage in mana, magic power, and troops. My opponent's trump card was 8 Angels, which were wiped out by two explosions, and that was it.
Yes, it was interesting. I had a choice between destroying the brown company and doubling my mana, or attacking my opponent's base. I went for the attack, but I didn't make it with two damage dealers – the terrain was mountainous. I met my opponent in his castle. A slight correction: 8 Angels were wiped out by one explosion; there were 16 of them in total. I was wiping out 18 Vampires with each explosion. In general, I was lucky in the final battle: sometimes I blinded Vampires with a counterattack from unique units, and sometimes the Angels suddenly became immune to Implosion, but the amount of mana was unequal, and Resurrection sealed the deal. Overall, it was a great battle, thanks for the game.
