You, honorable judge, are not entirely correct in what you wrote. See the message from August 4th on ICQ, where I wrote that I hoped to be available in the evening, and whether I would be able to play depended on the workload at my job. Further, in the next message from August 5th, I wrote to my opponent that I would be available from 7 PM to 7:30 PM until late at night, and I would be able to play. Indeed, these messages were sent in the morning, as in both cases, if there was a possibility, I could play. I showed up in the evening, but my opponent didn't, so I went back to work.
