You know, fellow critics, I'd like to add one more thing: it's easy to criticize by saying things like "the host is weird," "what kind of decision was that..." and so on. And now, the person who is trying to do something for all of us, without receiving any reward for it (and in this case, quite the opposite), is forced to justify himself!
And how many of you would be willing to do this at the expense of your own time? And, I must point out, completely free of charge! ... and show how to do everything cool, clearly, and correctly. Maybe not with words, but with actions?
Also, in my opinion, if you think that the judges' decision or the host's decision is unfair, write to him in a private message. It is he who can write in the thread so that everyone can see the result, but why do you criticize him in the general thread? This looks like seeking support and understanding, a kind of collective pressure. And it grows like a snowball. For example, as in my situation: Jaris writes in the general thread, everyone reads it, people start expressing their opinions (like Maestro Alex did). And now I am forced, in order to clarify the situation for everyone who read Jaris and Alex, to describe the unpleasant and unsightly situation with Jaris. By the way, I myself am at a loss because of this.
Therefore, I urge everyone:
1) to be as polite as possible and, if possible, write in private messages, rather than creating a general mess;
2) to criticize less, especially in a destructive way. And in general, I believe that only those who can serve as a good example in this matter have the right to criticize. And those who will never do this, because they save their time or don't know how, don't want to... they should keep quiet and say "thank you" to the judges and hosts for their work!!!
+10000 for both posts! I immediately wrote "If Jaris is telling the truth..." So, further discussion is pointless, as he lied!.. )
