I read your message in ICQ, after which Antiplayer also wrote to me about the situation that arose. Based on the ICQ logs, it was established that you had a problem agreeing on a game. This situation is the same as with Dark and Num in round 1. You did not report during the round that you could not agree, but reported the problem a day before the end of the round.
Regarding this situation in particular, I wrote yesterday in my message.
In general, it's a rather strange logic that you can't resolve it a day before the end of the round. There are at least 2 more or less adequate options: either award the win to the one who can play on that last day, since the one who can't play didn't warn in advance. Or declare a draw if you don't want to resort to the first option for some reason. But a mutual tech loss with both players losing points (and a decrease in the rating of those they played against)... it seems to me that it can only be applied if both players do not get in touch by the end.
