What’s up with the draw?

The draw will be held now.

To be honest, this situation is starting to bother me. Dear participants, please take the time to read the tournament rules that you are participating in.

The tournament is held using the Swiss system in 9 rounds. Each round lasts 14 days: it starts at 10:00 on Monday of the first day of the round and ends at 20:00 on Sunday of the final day of the round.

This is not just for fun; it takes time to prepare the draw, and I don’t want to wait for you until late at night. For the next rounds, the round will close at 20:00 Moscow time, and I will not accept any results after that.

If you leave everything until the last day, keep in mind that you may not have time.

Now, for the next rounds:
Contact your opponent immediately after the draw. If you cannot agree on a game within the first 3 days after the draw, write to me in a private message on ICQ. If you agree on a game right away for the weekend of the first week, let me know so that if your opponent backs out, it will be in your favor. When I find out that you have a problem with the game one day before the end of the round, it is quite difficult to solve this issue. I don’t know how else to get this across to you.
