Dreams.

I had the most amazing dream; I don't remember much of it now, but I can confidently describe it. It was a very long narrative, and at first, the plot focused on other people, starting with one and then expanding to several. The first one somehow became a vampire, and then I was shown his suffering and attempts to become human again. After him, several other people with similar fates appeared, mixed with 'evil' representatives of this caste. I, still a human, just a mortal, helped the 'good' ones defeat the 'evil' ones, but I don't remember what my motivation was. At some point, either one of them bit me, or something else happened, but I began to undergo a transformation myself. For example, my teeth started falling out, and at that specific moment, I didn't understand what was happening, but the scenes were very realistic. The leader of the 'good' ones began to suspect something, but for some reason, I hid the changes happening to me until, finally, I became one of them. Unlike many others, those who were my allies, I didn't experience moral suffering and didn't want to become human again; instead, I was in a state of permanent euphoria. After that, I managed to keep this a secret from the others for a very long time, until I started to exterminate them one by one, taking advantage of the element of surprise. First, it was the leader and those who knew me best from that group, and then all the others, one by one. I was incredibly fast, and my movements were full of grace; the streets were dark, and there was a lot of red everywhere. It was wonderful. And then, I was shown a glimpse of my everyday life, which I had abandoned, and finally, I became free from the bonds that had held my life together, moving in a direction that is now unknown to me.
