1. During the air scouting, 3 heroes were glowing not far from the capital. I decided that there was an additional recruitment of banks at the native respawn, and the capital would end up being defended. When there was only 1 move left to the Castle, it would have been strange to turn back.
2. There was no ground scouting, and I had no idea that there would be such a terrible road loop leading to the Castle (after all, the air scouting showed that the Castle was very close).
