Well, leadership can be removed. The spell is granted based on origin; there's nothing written about spell points; you simply take the spell. What's the point of such an origin then? Why create two skills for the katana? If a samurai loses his katana but has another two-handed weapon or sword? No one will level up such a character, and the second one isn't very good either, if you compare it to the first.
