-First, we need to intercept a convoy of nine people heading to the prison along the only road. I will try to incapacitate most of them, and while I do that, it would be desirable to subdue the rest. We will decide on the spot who among them will have to be killed, including the prisoners. After/before that, I will enhance the abilities of our assassins, who will go with the convoy and disable the generator. Also, someone else might go disguised as a prisoner; they probably won't pay attention to it. Furthermore, if everything goes smoothly and the barrier is deactivated, we will take advantage of the element of surprise and the resulting chaos, in which our saboteurs behind the walls will assist us, and we will break into the prison, destroy key defensive structures, eliminate the regular guards and elite security, and then take our target and leave.

Alternatively, we could poison the supplies being transported by the convoy, and they will all die.
