Are GAMES more interesting than life?

I'm honestly worried that the rules of the game can't be applied in real life (not yet, anyway; science is always evolving). I'd give anything to be able to start the last month with an autosave! Does anyone know if that's possible?
To confirm that the game is better than real life, consider that no game has a quest to write a thesis! Although, on the other hand, that could also be seen as a curse, so it's a debatable point in this specific case. :D
