I always start by writing the text, sometimes on a forum, sometimes in a document (the latter usually happens during a Mafia game or when a quest is large and can't be written in one day). Then I add the fonts and skill images from the first post, and only then do I upload the art and publish it. Well, if the problem with Fragment was indeed this, I don't think it will happen again. Although I thought it was just loading and inserting things incorrectly.
