Great start, built hippogriffs in the opponent's Castle on the first turn. Then found and took a hippogriff external dwelling from him, and upgraded the citadel village up to hippogriffs. Went into the super-treasure; the Dragon Utopia didn't give much, as the army wasn't very large. Built control late, by the beginning/middle of the fourth turn. With control, I took another opponent's citadel, eventually getting 3 citadels with hippogriffs; the entire army relied on them. There were hardly any supports, and no hero had air units, so everything was done slowly. In one of the treasures, I got lucky with a pack of hives — raised a stack of wisps to 80. Took the opponent's citadel with built-up hippogriffs. There had been no contact with the opponent for a long time before that, which on one hand I was glad about — since 4 citadels provide a ton of hippogriffs, but on the other hand, there was Gunnar with 2 DD. At some point, the opponent left Gunnar exposed in a village that I could reach. Decided it was the perfect moment to attack. In the end, thanks to the Cloak of Renunciation, a larger army, and a couple of morale procs on the strike stacks, I won the FB.
