Well... and then they still ask, "But where does this computer addiction come from in people?"
MoonBoy, in fact, showed us everything clearly.
I completely agree with this. I spend more than half a day in virtual reality.
BUT... I don't have any addiction (in the usual sense). And I have a bicycle. And at 7 in the morning, while you're still sleeping, I sometimes start my second run in the forest.
I study many different sciences and arts, including Zen. And I can easily do without games.
If there was any addiction, it has grown into something more.
Here are a few stories:
Once, the great dancer Nijinsky was asked, "Have you had the greatest moments in your life?"
Nijinsky replied, "The greatest moments of my life are those when the dancer dissolves in the dance." Picasso gave the same answer. And when the greatest moments of creativity come, even the artist disappears. Only the painting itself remains.
The Sufi mystic Mevlana Jalaluddin Rumi made whirling in dance his method. His followers are called dancing dervishes. They whirl for hours, and this is not easy. Jalaluddin Rumi himself whirled for 36 hours in a row, and in this whirling he found enlightenment, because he simply disappeared in the dance, only the whirling remained. "I disappear in the dance. The dance becomes so intense that I am simply not there.
There was emptiness and silence. Comfort and peace.
Any activity, if you immerse yourself in it completely, becomes meditation.
The same thing happens to me with games, but for this you need to have a very developed imaginative thinking, and not verbal thinking.
In the virtual world, you kind of dissolve, you forget about the physical world, about the fact that consciousness (the SOUL) is attached to the body. After all, consciousness can move anywhere. In the end, what gives the right to rise above – physical wings or the flight of thought? And I am very interested in this flight of thought.
...and this moment of non-existence, leaving the physical world, is what the virtual world gives you; you are as if you cease to exist in the physical plane, and not existing is such happiness.

...So why not adopt the spirit of change and the desire for improvement from the drawn heroes and start changing this, real world? ) ...
I think this real world doesn't need to be changed. It is what it is, what it should be (this is the world we deserve). You don't need to change reality, but you need to be able to control it. And not the other way around, so that reality controls you.
Днём и ночью от наших тел,можно слышать крики боли,из-за накопленных нашими душами грехов...
