Poll: Preferences when choosing skills in Heroes of Might and Magic IV.

My experience with online play (although modest) also suggests that you need a sizable army. But the hero, I agree, plays a bigger role than in a game against the AI.

Regarding the AI, I think one commander and a few basic units are enough. The AI is dumb and easy to defeat. There was a case where 30 vampires attacked peasants, and I lost 3 vampires. HOW? Playing manually, the entire group couldn't even kill one. In the worst case, you can reload; you can't do that in online play.:smile01:
